Ranting and raving. This is the best way to describe the reaction we are getting for our 3D home tours. Take a look at this beautiful home in Huntingdon PA. Click here for the MLS listing for complete details. We will be rolling out additional features in our showcasing of our homes over the next few weeks. For now – take a look. There is no going back to the old 2D way of looking at a home.
We just completed and uploaded our home tour. More to come but this is some great technology!
This home is located in Glendale Year Round and the MLS link can be found here
Front and center – we put our commission rate out there for all the local residents. On the front page we announced the opening of our newest office with 8 agents ready to go. The reception has been great so far – clients love the fact we publish our commission rate and offer full service brokerage for 4.5%
We are happy to announce the addition of our new Cumberland Maryland Office with 8 agents on staff. Now we not only offer our 4.5% commission rate all the way to the PA border, we now cross into Maryland to offer our great 4.5% commission rate. Along with this new office opening, we have recently joined MRIS. You can now search for homes on mrishomes.com and link southern PA homes to one of the largest MLS’s in the nation. We have many buyers coming from the Washington DC and Baltimore areas who are purchasing homes in western Maryland and southern PA. Now you can get the benefit of marketing in multiple states all for our low, low commission rate.
