Real Estate Agent
For over 45 years Dean Lemley has been a large part of the Bedford County Community. Having spent 20 years on the Bedford Borough Council (two of those terms as President), six years as a part of Downtown Bedford Inc., and over 10 years serving the Bedford Humane Society, Dean is not just a member of his community, he is an involved part of it.
Twenty-Three of those involved years in Bedford were dedicated to one of his own businesses. Along with a number of employees, Dean experienced his first success with this business. The business specialized in painting, contracting, and residential and commercial decorating, before being sold locally. After selling his 23 year enterprise, Dean went on to establish a new company and began personal investments in properties, which lead him to getting his real estate license.
Over seven years have passed since then, and Dean has built quite a successful career as a real estate agent. He was one of the top two multi-million dollar producers previously, (at Remax Olde Towne Realty) until December 2016, when he decided to make the switch to the successful Perry Wellington Realty.
Being a full-time Bedford County agent, Dean believes that he isn’t just selling properties in his town, but rather that he is selling them a piece of his cherished community. He is a dedicated agent, who truly cares for his community and it’s surrounding areas. Dean resides in Bedford county with his lovely wife, Paula and his son Kyle and receives nothing but support from them for his career and community goals.
“I love being able to offer my clients 4.5% commission and having multiple listing outlets to help them sell their homes. Not to mention, being able to list those Bedford properties in the surrounding states like Maryland, Virginia and West Virginia. My goal at Perry Wellington Realty is to continue my success as a full-time Bedford agent by offering my clients more for less and helping them find that little piece of home that we call Bedford.”
